When will I get my tracking number?

We email your tracking number as soon as your order ships. Check your spam or promotions folder if you do not see it.

Why is my tracking not updating?

New tracking numbers can take 24 to 72 hours to show their first update. If there is no movement after a few days, contact us and we will look into it.

Can I change my shipping address?

Contact us as soon as possible with your order number. We can usually update the address before your order ships.

What if my package is lost or damaged?

Reach out with your order number and a photo if it arrived damaged. We will help make it right.
